Payment Policy

Bookings are subject to a guest's acceptance of Innocence Room’s Terms and Conditions of business.

Rooms are priced for single-occupancy, with a small surcharge for additional guests. A charge card is requested to secure a booking, but payment is not taken until 48 hours prior to the date of the reservation. For multiple bookings of 4 or more rooms, we ask for a 10% deposit, payable at the time of booking. This will only be refunded in accordance with the terms of the Cancellation Policy.

Payment may be made by Debit or Credit Card.  There is no charge for the use of a Debit Card, but a surcharge is applied to all credit cards.  This is 2% of the invoice value for Mastercard and Visa and 3% for all other credit cards.
